Canet is located in the highest altitude area of the Tarrazú coffee growing region in Costa Rica, one of the most densely planted areas for fruit in the region. The coffee grown here is rare and receives special care. The raisin honey processing method enhances the coffee's rich flavors, preserving more pectin, resulting in a distinct dried berry flavor. The sweetness lingers like brandy, accompanied by a rich acidity reminiscent of dried berries, evoking the romantic and melodious nature of Chopin's music.
