Colombia, a world-renowned coffee-producing region, is primarily located in the three major mountain ranges of the Andes, at elevations of 1,200 to 2,200 meters. The stable rainfall and suitable temperatures in this region promote the maturation and flavor development of the coffee.

The double anaerobic processing method is an exceptionally unique processing technique involving two stages of anaerobic fermentation: first, the coffee cherries are fermented in a sealed container, and then, after removing the pulp, a second anaerobic fermentation is carried out. This method enhances the coffee's flavor complexity and imparts a richer fermented fruit aroma, with distinctive notes of strawberry and yogurt that are both impressive and widely loved.
