Kenya, located in East Africa, benefits from rich volcanic soil and high altitude, which enhance the sweetness and acidity of its coffee. Combined with Kenya's SL28/SL34 varieties, this results in coffee with distinct berry notes and a rich sweet-tart profile. We select AA TOP grade coffee from the Nyeri region of Kenya, and with medium roasting, it brings out clear blackcurrant and brown sugar tones, resulting in a coffee that is both sweet and full-bodied.
