In Taiwan's specialty coffee scene, Alishan is considered the highest tier. In the annual national coffee competitions, Alishan often ranks among the top. As a result, the Alishan coffee competition is regarded as the highest-level competition in Taiwanese coffee. This particular coffee is a limited lot processed using the honey process from the renowned Taiwanese estate, Zou Zhou Yuan, which consistently excels in competitions. Prince of Coffee, Fang Zheng-lun, has meticulously managed every detail from cultivation and harvesting to processing, perfectly showcasing the exquisite citrus and orange blossom aromas of the Geisha coffee.
